Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current an Assistant Property Manager / Brokerage Receptionist in Boise, Idaho. In order to be qualify for an interview, the candidate MUST have minimum of 2 years Property management experience.

This is a temp to hire opportunity.  As Assistant Property Manager / Brokerage Receptionist you will support the management team in the day-to-day operations required to give optimal services to the clientele of our Property Management Portfolio. This includes all administrative tasks required to manage the commercial buildings, vendors and tenants of these properties. Receptionist duties include performing front-desk operations, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings. Providing administrative support including preparation of confidential files, reports, and spreadsheets. -    Ensure the smooth daily operation of the property management office. Including (but not limited to) correspondence, tenant requests, work requests, telephone coverage.
-    Review and organize all payable invoices and owner funds requests in coordination with the Property Manager.
-    Assists in preparing presentations, proposals, leases, charts, tables and bid presentations. --Supports the Marketing efforts in this regard.
-    Maintains database/reports and files of properties, clients, vendors and tenants.
-    Creates, revises and updates monthly management reports as coordinated with Property Manager.
-    Proofreads material for content and accuracy.
-    Performs special projects as requested.
-    Develops a strong working relationship with Property Managers (s), tenant, vendors and the employee population.
Tenant Relations:
-    Coordinate outside vendor bids and requests, forwarding information to the tenant. Follow up as work progresses and ensure payment and billing to tenant.
-    Handle all tenant requests and concerns promptly and efficiently.
-    Ensure tenant interaction and communication through, telephone, and written correspondence.

-    Ability to relate confidently and cheerfully with tenants and contractors. A calm and pro-active nature is a necessity for dealing with disgruntled tenants or sensitive situations.
-    Ability to organize work in multi-tasked high paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Good office, administrative, and inter-personal skills are a plus.
-    Prior work with contractors and vendors or in Commercial Real Estate preferred.
-    Basic accounting and budgeting skills are necessary, as is a working understanding of building operations.
-    Strong computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is also strongly recommended.
-    Good oral and written communication skills are mandatory.

Pay for this position is $18.00/hr or more based on experience. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
