Adecco is assisting a large client with their Project Assistant Trainer/Customer Service positions based downtown Milwaukee. These are contracted, part time roles are available immediately with a reputable, premier financial services organization. The compensation is extremely competitive.

Position responsibilities:
*Based in the organization’s training environment, these assistant trainers will allow the company’s Field Reps to practice their telephone language and improve their telephone sales skills to effectively set up meetings with potential clients.
*These “assistant trainers” in the environment will take inbound calls from field representatives. They will challenge the field representatives using various types of real-life personalities and also provide objections while the representative seeks an appointment. A semi-script will be provided as well as on the job training.
*Assessments will need to be completed for each call and sent to the field rep and corresponding mentors
*Trainers must follow processes and standards to assist in training the company’s field reps

Qualifications:
•Professional, strong, effective communication skills
•High comfort level communicating with the company’s Field Representatives
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced call center environment
• Customer service experience in the insurance or financial industries and/or previous call center experience preferred
• Minimum of Associate’s degree in business or a related field
