This unique hybrid role also has responsibilities for providing best in class HR analytical insights with ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as well as supporting employee relations and problem solving by partnering with the PELs on investigations and Performance Management. The role requires a customer mindset and strong bias for action.

The role responsibilities include supporting PELs with performance management, investigations, accommodation requests, leave management, resolving policy inquiries and helping guide employees with HR processes including leveraging self-service technologies. This role will help you build deep subject matter expertise with HR systems and analytical tools. The role leverages excel and internal analytical tools such as One View to review, uncover and package key insights from HR standard reporting. This role will collaborate with Line Managers, outsourced partners, HRS team mates and liaise closely with the partnering HR teams to deliver overall operational effectiveness while concurrently supporting data integrity and providing key insights.

- Manage UNA cases that are assigned to the US/Canada Corporate PEL queues and seeing through to case resolution.
- Manage and Create UNA articles as needed.
- Support PELs with employee relations concerns, employee performance management, and investigation cases.
- Coach, counsel and guide line managers and HR regarding HR Policy interpretation (Level 2 contact) on HR policy related questions.
- Tracks HR policy query trends and provide appropriate support to upskill line managers and employees
- Owns One View HR Data standard reporting and analysis as required to satisfy organization requirements
- Supports DS team in maintaining and managing data integrity including data checking, mass uploads and resolving all downstream changes associated with position data
- Ability to trouble shoot data and system issues within HR processes, and/or HR administration
- Works closely with Service Delivery HR and Infosys to escalate service issues that relate to HR systems and process
- Support line managers with self-service tools and processes, guiding them through HR tools such as UNA, Workday, Talent Plus to ensure organizational data integrity
- Super user of HR systems and Una, acting as expert and advisor on maximizing use of HR tools and data management systems
- Provide support to HR on business agenda and calendar of HR activities where appropriate
- Responsible to develop and maintain knowledge on all key HR tools, systems and processes, including Workday, Una, Sales Force and OneView
- Support the business in accessing and leveraging self-service technologies
- Strong focus on enabling positive employee experience making the client a great place to work
- Guiding, and enabling simple solutions to employee and line managers inquiries
- Making processes easier and user focused

- Ability to proactively provide and access answers and information to our employees
- Rigorous delivery against agreed timelines
- SME with Workday and One View

Prefer but not a must have. (experience needed)
Bachelor’s degree with 1 – 2 years of experience
- Employee relations and Industrial relations
- Working brilliantly and collaboratively with teams and the business
- Customer Service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Analytical thinking and ability to ferret out data insights
- Workday and One View knowledge/must know how to navigate through these systems (input, maintenance and reports/queries)
- Intermediate to high level Excel knowledge (pivot tables and data manipulation)
