A leader in the design and manufacturing of medical devices has asked Adecco to search and identify additional talent for their NYC based operations. This company is looking for an Associate Production Planner. The role reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
The primary duties include:
Assist in monitoring and scheduling production using software applications (ERP, MS Excel, etc.);
Closely monitor purchase orders; coordinate orders and inventory;
Identify methods of increasing production and reduce the production costs;
Work in forecasting and coordinating use of resources;
Complete and maintain updated documentation regarding production and shipping;
Maintain controls over products and in process projects;
Work well with team and vendors;
Must be able to assist with production as needed;
Complete all clerical duties as required.
The ideal candidates for this outstanding Temp to Perm opportunity must have the ability to multi-task, change priorities with minimal direction, and work well in a team environment.
