Adecco is currently seeking energetic individuals to join our recruiting team in Norcross, GA. You will work on the prelim screening stages of the recruitment cycle process for our customers while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct. At Adecco, a Recruiter can be successful by building relationships, creating recruiting strategies and delivering exceptional service.

Overview - Mass ramp recruiting, supporting high profile clients within general staffing roles, creating personal recruiting strategies, comfortable with using social media and digital resources, understand the importance of building awareness on the grassroot level through networking, marketing, flyers and refreshing recruiting campaigns. Must be able to flex job reqs, job sharing, frequent candidate engagement (bench warming) and confirm interviews daily. Video skype meetings, tracking metrics, reaching daily goals, database management by following a step by step process.

Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet customer demands.
Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for temporary, temporary to hire opportunities.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Weekly discovery calls with managers to discuss project needs.
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites.
Leverage resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking and digital job boards, community involvement, professional networking, and local media resources.
Facilitate Adecco - specific testing and on-boarding process.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication (mainly communicating with upper management)

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of experience recruiting for professional positions; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience.

*Ability to perform well under stringent deadline pressure.
*Knowledge of the principles, practices, and standards of human resources.
*Knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, meeting legal/regulatory requirements, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.
*Proficient in recruitment tools including relational database Applicant Tracking Systems, the Internet, job boards, and social media.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
