A well-respected organization in Lincoln, MA has an immediate need for an Accounting and Payroll Assistant.  The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.  The pay for this position is $20/hour.

Job Duties Include:

  • Maintain monthly Excel spreadsheet of corporate credit card expenses
  • Assist Controller and Assistant Controller with special projects
  • Daily reconciliation of sales; record sales figures for monthly input to the ledger
  • Input accounts payable into the computer system and establish new vendor orders as required

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma minimum, Bachelor's degree a plus!
  • Detail oriented, data entry and A/P experience
  • Valid driver's license and successful completion of CORI, SORI, and driver record check
