Great full-time opportunity for an Automation Integration & Maintenance Technician in Bettendorf, IA!
Position Summary: Complete all engineered system assembly, electrical and mechanical, system debug, teardown and installation while meeting company standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Taking initiative to meet challenging project timelines and hour budgets.
- Providing the following system troubleshooting needs: wiring, mechanical assembly.
- Following safety protocol at all times to ensure your safety as well as the safety of other Teammates.
- Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, robot logic/path programming, networking.
- Ensuring system schematics are updated to as-build conditions.
- Assist in field start-up and customer training when necessary (i.e., travel)
- Assisting in-house customer service support (i.e., training, phone, service calls, etc.)
- Upholding company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives.
- Traveling for Installations & Service Calls.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience / Skills:
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Able to plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks.
- Able to keep work area clean and organized.
- Able to follow directions from peers within the Integration department.
- Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills.
- Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes.
- Technical degree in similar engineering field required, or equivalent industry experience.
- Machine programming (PLC/HMI) experience - Rockwell, GE.
- Safety system programming and troubleshooting experience.
- Network programming and troubleshooting experience.
- Robot programming experience - Fanuc or ABB.
- Experience in robotic welding (MIG, TIG, Laser, or Spot) strongly preferred.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
