Position Description
The statements listed below are not intended to be all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities of the position. Based on leadership decisions and business needs, all other duties as assigned will be expected for each position.

The Role of the Availability Coordinator is to oversee obtaining and managing dates and times provided by the client's network of providers, while meeting contractual requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
�Responsible for reaching out to the provider network to obtain scheduling dates and times.
�Ensure provided availability is being utilized.
�Develop and maintain relationships with providers.
�Coordinate with traveling providers to conduct examinations in areas of need.
�Work with Clinic Operations Team to ensure clinics are approved for utilizing traveling provider schedules.
�Conduct daily checks on scheduled cases that are assigned the pending visit status and worksheet status milestone.
�Place outgoing and receive incoming calls to and from providers.
�Ensure all pertinent information is documented in database.
�Participates in departmental reporting requirements and ensures all required reports are submitted in a timely manner.
�Inform Exam Operations Supervisor(s) of provider needs to fill location gaps.


Requirements
Required Qualifications:
�High school diploma or equivalent required.
�Minimum 1 year of experience performing customer service related duties.
�Proficient in general computer use and Microsoft Office Suite

�Able to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levels of the organization.
�Able to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
�Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
