Customer Service Rep


Department: Office 100
Reporting to: Customer Service Lead Housewares
FLSA: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Pay Range: $ 15 to $ 16

Essential Responsibilities & Duties Summary:
� Provide customer satisfaction through effective interactions.
� Answer and process inbound calls.
� Demonstrate positive and cooperative behavior with customers and co-workers.
� Meet productivity, quality, and punctuality standards.
� Review and explain invoices, service and product features. Troubleshoot and work to solve customer service issues.

Education and /or Experience
The qualified employee will have 1-2 years of exceptional customer service experience.

Work experience &Skills
� Knowledgeable with Windows & Microsoft Office.
� Have stable employment history with a track record of success.
� Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
� Be able to multi-task & explain issues in simple terms.
� Ability to learn our products.

Mathematical Skills:
Must be able to pass the Kai USA ltd mathematical exam .
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10�s and 100�s. Ability to
perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reading Skills:
Must be able to pass the Kai USA ltd reading exam.
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Must have ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
