Job Title: B2B Customer Service Representative
Location: North Hurstbourne Hwy, Louisville, KY. 40222
Type: 4 months (Positions could have opportunity for full time hire)
Hours: 8-hour shift between 9AM – 630PM EST (30 min lunch, two 15 min breaks, one in the AM and one in the PM)
Training: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM (4-6 weeks)
Pay Rate: 14.42 / HR


Qualified candidates MUST:
Complete and Pass the Following Testing In Order To Be Considered:

Microsoft Basic: Word, Excel and OutLook: PASSING SCORE 80%
Customer Service scenarios: PASSING SCORE 80%
Have a GED or High school diploma required; College and/or professional training a plus.
Have prior experience in Customer Service, including telephone support strongly preferred.
Possess excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Show strong keyboard and PC skills as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Be flexible with work schedule; candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday until 8:30pm if needed.
Have the ability to attend the training program with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm for approximately six (6) weeks.

Description of Work:

We are looking for Customer Service professionals to join. Our Core Team professionals provide world class customer experiences for our Area Sales Managers (Outside Sales Representatives) and our customers by taking incoming calls, processing orders and completing the order/delivery process.

Essential Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representatives will
Process customer orders.
Resolve delivery problems arising after product has left the warehouse.
Support Area Sales Managers (Outside Sales Representatives) in all aspects of the order/delivery process.
Provide customer information on product availability, delivery, billing and finance processes.
Process requests for sales literature, product features and specifications.

Interview Process:

Qualified Candidates MUST COMPLETE a Video Interview for this role.

Calls consist of the following:

100% recorded
80%- calls with builders, distributors
20%- calls regarding Retail- HH Gregg, etc.
No script- professional calls- Critical Thinking abilities
17-20 calls per hour
