Responsibilities for this B2B Sales Coordinator job include:


- Process purchase orders, customer quotes and returns

- Check stock and back orders

- Retrieve and provide copies of invoices

- Answer customer questions on order status




- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Previous business to business experience required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Able to work in a team environment
