The Public Sector Lockbox business is a 24/7 operational unit which provides a variety of services to government clients to assist them in managing their receivables and important documents. The functions of this business include Mailroom, Batching, Scanning, Dispatch and Data Entry for a variety of clients. A successful candidate must be able to work most holidays and weekends, and successfully complete the background and Treasury File process.


Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to successfully process Public Sector applications in a fast-paced environment in which there is a high level of focus on quality, detail and accuracy May be required to work in any of the following areas and will be required to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards in those areas o Mailroom , Sort, scan and deliver all incoming mail.


The process requires repetitive standing, bending, lifting and sitting o Batching , Open mail, disassemble and reassemble sensitive documents to prepare for processing. Responsible for accurately calculating fees. This process requires repetitive fine motor skills, bending, lifting and sitting or Scanning  Scan documents and checks, regularly clean scanning machine, reviewing images for quality. This process requires bending, lifting and standing o Data Entry, Accurately key both alpha and numeric data, 7,500/90% accuracy as the business needs dictate. This function is performed while sitting and requires repetitive keyboarding skills o Additional clerical duties, such as printing name labels, etc.  As a critical member of operations production team, meet production and quality standards across a minimum of two core functional areas  Professionally interact with team members, peers and managers across shifts to ensure client timelines and quality requirements are met Within a strictly regulated environment, adhere to all departmental policies, client requirements, and compliance guidelines  Expected to identify potential issues, recommend solutions and escalate to local management as necessary


 May participate in projects and/or committees as appropriate Job Qualifications:  A demonstrated history of strong interpersonal skills and positive peer engagement experience in a diverse environment  Public Sector Lockbox operations experience preferred  Must be meeting and/or exceeding production and quality standards in at least two functions  Must have strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers, and solid organization skills  Demonstrated ability to appropriately respond under pressure and effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills needed  Effective written, verbal communication and math skills  Demonstrated history of working independently while also being a respectful team member  Able to work additional hours based on business needs Ability to perform a full shift of standing and lifting up to 40 lbs. Manual dexterity required, all tasks are repetitive U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card) is a prerequisite for this position Must pass an extensive background check (renewed every 5 years)  High School diploma or GED required
