Job Context:

Establishing a pro-active Business Development function targeting large and medium size prospective companies who utilize packaging tubes or could utilize tubes for their existing and new products.
Establishing presence and desire to work with key decision makers and influencers on their needs and wants.
Business acumen to bring potential growth to the organization.



Job Accountabilities / Content:

Targeting and Prioritizing Prospective Accounts
Identifying and meeting with key decision makers and influencers
Developing Information on needs and wants
Developing Relationships and presence both internally and externally, to include continued professional development of sales support staff.
Positioning the company as a global leader in packaging and tubes who is focused on providing strong solutions to customer needs and helping them meet their goals in terms of functionality, appearance, delivery, responsiveness, quality and price
Establish lead supplier status, assure superlative customer service and communication
Innovation – Idea generation
Involving company management and functions in support of business development and to widen the base of contact with targets and customers.
Presenting Solutions and Proposals which are priced to both obtain business and desired margins.
Maintaining and growing a pipeline of opportunities with good probabilities and identified next steps
Generating New Customers, New Applications
Revenue and Margin Generation and Budgeting and Forecasting
Developing and sharing Market Intelligence
