Adecco is currently sourcing for 2 Bench Tech associates.  The position is located in Vancouver, WA and the rate of pay is $14-16/hr.

  • Provide remote and deskside technical support to customers of all levels of technical understanding and roles within our partners’ organizations
  • Must be very comfortable with verbal and written communications – much of the day will be spent on the phone and in email
  • Strong multi-tasking skills required – technicians are expected to take complete notes while actively providing support and run multiple processes when active attention is not required (“blue bar” time)
  • Must work well with members of all teams – IT interfaces with all departments internally and externally
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills required for hardware & software issues related to all types of technology – PC, Mobile Devices, Printers, Displays, Peripherals, Etc.
  • Follow established operational procedures – recommendations for improvements are always welcomed
  • Maintain strict business & client confidentiality
  • Must be willing to agree to and comply with client Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
  • Must have flexible availability – Schedules may change according to business needs
  • Must have reliable transportation to work and to customer locations as needed – transportation costs to and from customer locations are reimbursed twice per month
  • Experience with support ticketing systems or IT service management systems preferred
  • Experience with Kaseya, GFI Max, LabTech, nAble, or similar RMM tools preferred
  • Microsoft desktop related certifications (Win7/10) & CompTIA A+, Net+ certifications strongly preferred
