This position handles inbound customer calls, servicing immediate customer needs by inputting customer orders, processing requests for information, registering customers for continuing education classes, arranging customer call backs, answering questions and process other clerical tasks. Using account notes and conversations to uncover sales opportunities; sell in to or generate leads as appropriate. Customer service skills, schedule adherence order entry accuracy, call volume, revenue generation and teamwork are the primary measurements for this team.  Must have at least one year of customer service experience, prefer call center customer service experience.
