Responsibilities for this Benefits Administrator position:

  • Serve as primary contact for employees on various benefit issues
  • Daily administration of benefit plans to include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, EAP, and other company sponsored voluntary benefit plans
  • Daily determinations on issues pertaining to FMLA and LOA specific to eligibility, frequency and qualification.
  • Administer company-sponsored Wellness Program and Rewards & Recognition program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Administration preferred
  • 2-4 years of recent Benefits Administrator experience required
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR, leave practices, benefits administration and other pertinent HR laws
  • Proficient in Excel and Word

Pay for this position is $20-$25/hr depending on experience plus overtime as needed.
