Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Benefits Analyst opening in Newark, NJ!

POSITION: Benefits Analyst
PAY: $25/hour


Conducts research, tracks trends and provides market analysis to assist with making recommendations to the benefit programs to meet the changing needs of the Company and its associates. Analyzes detailed data to track and monitor plan costs and trends on a monthly basis. Assists with merger and acquisition activity and integration of new associates into the Company's benefits programs Assists in the development and implementation of associate communications regarding benefit plans with emphasis on electronic media including web-based applications and email distribution. Assists in managing the various vendor relationships. Handles benefits inquiries and resolves complaints to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution by interpreting benefit policies and procedures. Perform other related duties and assist in other areas of the employee benefit programs as needed.
**Travel within the US may be required at times "on demand"**


Analytical skills and attention to detail
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
Previous experience with SharePoint and SQL is also a plus
