� Administrative, customer service, talking to former employees about their health benefits
� Mostly on the phone and email, paying invoices, processing enrollment forms
� Setting new employees up for benefits
� Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
� Performs quality checks of benefits-related data.
� 401K processing
� Assists with open enrollment
� Working directly with Audrey and a benefits analyst and a comp and benefits analyst
� Some interaction with vendors external facing experience helpful
� Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes.
� Balancing 401K numbers, Responds to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• If no Bachelor's 2-3 years applicable experience
• Soft skills
o Customer service

o Excellent multi-tasking
o Attention to detail
• Must be able to deal with disgruntled people, must be able to respond well to an angry customer
• Must be very team focused
• Must be able to work with a team, a lot of team interaction
• Computer skills
• Customer service skills
• SAP experience a plus
• Microsoft suite experience would be helpful
