Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Licensed Benefits Representative in Irvine, CA.  This is for a temporary 6-9 month opportunity ; possible temp to hire that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. Successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, be reliable and able to provide outstanding customer service. Must have an Active Life Agent License or must be obtained within 3 months of hire date. Pay is $18-$20/HR. Responsibilities for this Licensed Benefits Representative job include:

 

- Ensure employees receive accurate and quick responses to inquiries regarding their health plans

-Act as a liaison between member, client, service provider and healthcare organization when needed

- Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer; document client and member communications

- Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service

- Research and complete daily assigned client services tickets; resolve all outstanding tickets

 

Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor Degree is preferred; Active Life Agent License is required

- 3-5 years of similar experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter

- Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
