Bi Lingual HR Administrator (short-term- 6 weeks)

Our client is an internationally recognized provider of Meal-Kit Solutions. They have a current vacancy for a temporary Bi-Lingual Human Resources Administrator, to work out of their office based in Newark, NJ.

The Human Resources Administrator will provide administrative support to the internal HR Team, whilst working as part of a larger HR team with a focus on streamlining HR processes, and providing front-line associate support when needed. 

The successful Human Resources Administrator will be able to organize and maintain employee documentation, implement process improvements to admin functions to remove process redundancies, answer payroll and benefits questions and own new hire onboarding.

The role will involve providing administrative support to Human Resources, assisting with:

  • Associate Relations function to ensure effective programs are offered for all associates
  • Implementation of new training support and onboarding to all levels of associates.
  • Employee events and activities to boost employee morale
  • Perform heavy data entry of confidential information (50% of the work load)
  • Oversee time-keeping and attendance functions
  • Join a collaborative team environment to provide resolutions to associate/supervisory issues
  • Maintaining employee files and help to coordinate appropriate paperwork
  • Participating in special projects as assigned


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Leader skills: Provide guidance and direction to the production lines. Hold employees accountable for meeting goals and objectives
  • Coaching capabilities: responsible for employee experience throughout the employee life cycle (hiring, training, developing, promoting, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Time Management: tracking/monitoring production
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Suite
  • Attention to detail
  •  Experience within a results driven environment
  • Self-Motivation: take initiative to make improvements

At a minimum, you will have:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and energetic with a passion for solving people problems
  • Thrives in high growth, fast paced environments
  • People-oriented and highly interpersonal; able to cultivate collaborative relationships across the organization
  • Superior verbal/written communication, organizational, computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and tact
