Bi Lingual Receptionist

Adecco is seeking a Bi-lingual Receptionist:

Job description:

-Handle everyday customer service needs (answering phones, billing inquires, endorsements, take payments)

-Be able to solve customer concerns

-Ask for referrals

-Retain customers

-Assist agents with quote process

-Make cross-sell calls to existing customers

-Ability to overcome objections

Requirements:

-Must be bilingual

-Must have a proven customer service background

-Must have dependable transportation

-Must have a professional appearance a positive attitude and willingness to work with others

-Must be a Team player

-Must have a strong work ethic

-Problem solver

-Self motivator

-P&C license preferred, but not require
