Job description:

  • Handle everyday customer service needs (answering phones,billing inquires, endorsements, take payments.. etc)
  • Be able to solve customer concerns Ask for referrals Retain customers Assist agents with quote process
  • Make cross sell calls to existing customers
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Must be bilingual
  • Must have a proven customer service background
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • Must have a professional appearance a positive attitude and willingness to work with others
  • Must be a Team player
  • Must have a strong work ethic Problem solver Self motivator
  • Must be willing to obtain P&C license within 90 days
  • Must pass back ground and drug screen
