Adecco is working with one of the nation's leading benefit communication firms on a diret hire opportunity for an onsite Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits Specialist in Green Bay, WI. Our client works directly with employers throughout the U.S. providing customized benefit communication and administrative services to our client's individual employees.

A Bilingual Benefit Communication Specialist (BCS) is responsible for the communication and enrollment of all core, voluntary and supplementary group benefits operating on site to support new hires and existing client's employees. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English.


1. Meet the assigned business operating hours to accommodate all employees including those working outside of the first-shift work schedule, as needed.
2. Make contact with new hires to schedule individual face-to-face company benefit reviews, and existing employees to schedule individual reorientations.
3. Using superior verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English, fully educate and counsel employees regarding core and voluntary benefits.
4. Accept inbound service calls to assist individual employees with questions. As appropriate, educate and address questions engaging the employee on benefit offerings.
5. Data entry of employee information using multiple mediums including paper applications or electronic portal to accurately capture and timely submit employee benefit elections at the time of enrollment.
6. Provide support to the assigned client, while fostering an effective relationship and maintaining a positive rapport with all case partners (e.g. Lockton and insurance carriers). Participate, as directed, in HR and benefit team meetings within the assigned client organization.
7. Develop and maintain a progressive understanding and working knowledge of benefit plans and HIPAA compliance through ongoing training. If not pre-licensed, must obtain Life and Health Insurance Producers License post offer and prior to hire. Complete continuing education to maintain licensure throughout employment.


1. Minimum High School Diploma/GED equivalent, advanced degree a plus.
2. Residential Life and Health Producers License active prior to start date (we pay and set up), and valid Driver?s License.
3. Demonstrate superior verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Professional experience demonstrating high self-motivation and result driven outcomes.
5. Demonstrated work ethic and former experience operating successfully with little to no supervision.
6. Proven experience demonstrating customer focused service.
7. Demonstrated ability to accept constructive coaching and apply to work processes producing positive outcomes.
