Bilingual Call Center Quality Auditor

Adecco is assisting a local client in Jacksonville Beach, FL. in their search for a Bilingual Call Center Quality Auditor. This position is responsible for supporting total quality methods, processes and procedures for the Call Center division. This is a full time, temporary to permanent opportunity. Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of progressive work experience in Quality Assurance/Auditing, Call Center or Customer Service management or supervision. 
  • Minimum Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • MUST be bilingual
  • Able to enforce company policies, dependable and reliable. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform call monitoring and assessment of Call Center Associates for both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Participates in call calibration exercises. 
  • Participates in internal listening sessions
  • Assists management in providing standard weekly and monthly reporting within predetermined reporting parameters. 
  • Provides regular feedback to leadership regarding call trends or compliance issues that may arise.
  • Responsible for ensuring internal and external customer interactions are handled in compliance with established procedures and standards. 
Monday- Friday. 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
