Responsibilities for this Bilingual Call Center position:

  • Provide outstanding customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through quality inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Obtain information from members regarding the service requested and input correct information into the computer system
  • Clearly explain and provide instruction to ensure members complete any necessary paperwork and follow applicable procedures
  • Note member files to accurately reflect the conversation
  • Support translation of phone calls, documents, and emails from one language to another
  • Adhere to assigned schedule and maintain proper records of attendance

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent Punjabi AND English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on telephone etiquette, voice quality, articulation and listening skills
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in an inbound call center is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, data entry applications, and conducting internet searches
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM required
  • Ability to work assigned shift and be flexible based on business need
  • Familiarity with legal terms is a plus

Pay for this position is $14/hour, depending on experience.
