Adecco is recruiting for bilingual Call Center Representatives that will be the liaison between our client and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities include:
Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
Following call center scripts when handling different topics
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus, patience, and the adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Bilingual candidates preferred

These positions are direct hire opportunities. Each applicant must be willing to work a flexible work schedule, from 10:00am - 7:00pm.
