As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate at our local client you will communicate with customers to provide a satisfactory experience. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls from customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Completing call logs and reports
  • Documenting all call information according to company policies and procedures
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Have reliable transportation

  • The starting pay rate for Bilingual Customer Service Associate jobs is $9.00 per hour, plus overtime as needed.
