Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an insurance company in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

The Servicing Agent handles a large volume of outbound and inbound telephone calls to and from our policyholders, sales agents, affiliate companies, and any other third parties. These requests include making routine call outs to a customer base, providing advice and support, making policy changes, processing payments and reinstatements, and answering billing questions for the various providers.


  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for existing customers, across multiple product lines and affiliate companies we write business for, to provide service on their policy.
  • Provide advice and support by answering general questions regarding the respective policy Process policy changes Process payments and reinstatements.
  • Answer billing questions.
  • Ongoing communication with Underwriting and various departments with affiliate companies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong computer/data entry skills (MS Excel, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
  • Good analytical and decision making skills
  • High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership
  • Schedule flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Shift and/or holiday work may be required
  • Customer focused
  • Previous customer service background helpful
  • Internet savvy and experience with MS Word and Excel a must
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Spanish fluency a plus
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
Duration of assignment: 3 months or more
