Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Bilingual Customer Service Representative role in Brea, CA.

This is a fast-paced inbound contact center role that requires sitting and taking calls for the entire shift. Will be responding to requests by answering calls, chats or emails in a call center environment

This role requires accuracy, use of logic skills while multi-tasking, toggling between multiple systems and clearly communicating resolutions to customers

Requires knowledge of multiple Bank products.
MUST be bilingual fluent in English and Spanish (testing required)

Minimum 1 year of contact center or equivalent customer service experience
MUST have stable work history
Will be required to meet and/or exceed minimum performance standards and will be measured with incentive opportunities

Training Schedule: 9:30A-6:00P M-F May 21-July 2

Work schedules (must beable to work either)
9:30am-6pm Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri, 6:30am-3pm Sat
9:30am-6pm Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, 6:30am-3pm Sun

Pay rate is $21.33/hr
Starting on 5/21/2018 1 year contract role

Bilingual testing required

Will be interviewing quickly so apply right away and complete testing

No time off within the first 90 days will be approved
