Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Specialists (English / Spanish) in Hickory, NC. These Customer Service Specialist positions are temp  perm opportunities!

These Customer Service Specialist positions require candidates to work directly with customers, distributors, and retailers to ensure accurate adjudication of purchased protection plans within a corporate environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below  Apply Now!

Responsibilities for Customer Support Specialist positions include but are not limited to:

    Handle inbound calls. 
    Correctly adjudicate service requests according to established company policies and product purchased.
    Ensure service requests have been routed to appropriate department/personnel.
    Comply with established contact center policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
    Use all tools, training, and other support elements to determine the best step/method/procedure/standard to use to solve problems and meet objectives.
    Adhere to schedule as assigned.
    Accurately review, interpret, and communicate details of customer's purchase as it is outlined on their account.
    Demonstrate ownership of customer related concerns, ensuring follow through on all commitments as they are made.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Support Specialist positions:

    High School Diploma or equivalent
    Prior call center experience encouraged
    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Office, Excel, Word
    Type 45 WPM
    Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Hours: Candidates must be available to work any of the following schedules: 
Mon-Fri 10 am - 6:30 pm
Mon-Fri 11 am - 7:30 pm
Mon-Fri 12:30 pm-9:00 pm
