Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Jacksonville, FL 32246

Pay Rate: $6.77/hr.

Duration: 12+month contract – Starting 05/20/2019 to 05/19/2020

 

Assists customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or correspondence

. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

Must have good communication and problem-solving skills. May research issues or transfer to a research function. May involve cross selling or up selling of other financial products. Handles customer calls with somewhat more complexity.

 

Requires an Associate's Degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
