Adecco is currently assisting our client in their search to fill a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative position in Newark, DE paying 17.00+/HR!

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative sits in a call center environment assisting financial services clients (both internal and external) with financial transactions and inquiries while delivering an excellent client experience ensuring all actions are resolved in compliance with industry regulations, banking procedures, and integrity levels of the departments system and financial controls. Details:

  • Candidates must be fluent in writing/reading/speaking Spanish (language assessment is required)
  • Call center experience is required
  • Will consider bilingual candidates without call center experience who have a solid customer service background
  • Experience in the banking / finance industry with mortgage servicing, fraud, or collections experience highly preferred
  • Shifts are between 8:00AM – 8:00PM including Saturday and/or Sunday
  • Training Hours between 8AM - 8PM, Monday-Friday for the first 4-6 weeks
  • The hiring manager will communicate the shift hours once the assignment starts
