Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Class Actions/Lawsuits
Adecco seeks 75 Bilingual CSRs for reputable client in Phoenix, AZ!
Qualified candidates should have experience in customer service, and be willing to work in a call center environment.

Must Have Qualifications
Qualified applicants will possess high level of customer service, attention to detail, data entry, and solid computer literacy skills.
Associates will be provided with scripts to take inbound, confidential calls.

Pay: $14/hour
Location: Phoenix (University/i-10)
Duration: Long Term with Possible Temp-to-Hire!
Training: Paid
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm or 7am – 3:30pm.
Must be flexible to work either shift, plus overtime!

Must Have Qualifications
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months’ previous customer service or call center experience
• Must be computer literate - Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
