Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Supervisor in Bronx, N.Y. This is for temp to permanent opportunity. As a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting in the management of personnel who provide telephonic solutions to the Company's customers with regard to ordering product, routing and delivery schedules, billing inquiries, and other related issues. The successful candidate should be bi-lingual (English/Spanish), have excellent telephone communication skills, be very detail oriented, and have familiarity with various computer applications, as well as three years work experience in a supervisory capacity preferably in a customer service environment. Some college course work is desirable but not required.
