Bilingual Fraud Analyst

Adecco is currently assisting our client in their search to fill a Bilingual Fraud Analyst contract position in Phoenix, AZ. 85034 paying $21.60/HR!
 
The Fraud Analyst works in a call center environment and reviews customer accounts for possible fraudulent account activity. It will require more involved research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type. Will complete inbound and outbound calls and take appropriate action based on transaction characteristics of greater complexity. Experience is gained through training, following established procedures and guidelines and research utilizing multiple systems and tools. As a Fraud Analyst, you can look forward to:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to (speak, write and read) fluently in English & Spanish
  • Spanish Language and Customer Service Assessment need to be completed to be considered
  • Minimum 2 year of contact center or equivalent customer service experience preferred
  • Has a commitment to excellent attendance and proven reliability and can work the agreed upon schedule
  • Is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Has 1+ year of customer/client service experience, including experience handling difficult client situations
  • Has at least an intermediate level of proficiency with computers and current technology
Desired Skills:
  • 2+ years of client service call center or equivalent customer service experience preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry
  • College degree or commensurate work experience

  • Start date: 8/12/2019
  • Length: 12 months
  • Schedule: *You must be able to work ALL shifts*
    • Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs         10am-6:30pm
    • Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs         3:30pm-12am
    • Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat            3:30pm-12am
  • Training Schedule: TBD
  • The hiring manager will communicate the shift hours once the assignment starts
