Shift/Hours:          Sun-Thurs 3:30pm-12am



Responsibilities for this Bilingual Fraud Analyst job include, but are not limited to:

  • Working in a professional, fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, multi-tasking, and clearly communicating resolutions in an efficient manner

  • Understanding how clients engage with us via technology (online and mobile), financial center and contact center and make sure they’re aware of all we can do to make their financial lives better

Qualifications for this Bilingual Fraud Analyst job:

  • MUST be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Has 1+ year of customer service experience, including experience handling difficult client situations
  • Has the ability to engage with clients - begin a conversation, anticipate what questions a client will have, actively share information using plain language, build rapport, and handle objections
  • Proven history of dependability
  • Proficient with computers
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer
  • Communicates effectively and confidently with all clients to make their financial lives better
  • Ability to think critically and use good, sound judgment in decision making
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
