Adecco is assisting a premier client in recruiting for a professional French Bilingual Call Center Representative. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, be personable over the phone, reliable and able to provide outstanding customer service. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high volume amount of calls in and other administrative tasks. If you meet the qualifications listed below please apply!

Pay for this position is $14.00/hour. Hours are Monday-Thursday 11:45am-8:15pm and Friday 10:00am-6:30pm.


• Answer and place calls to our customers, retailer partners, and technicians, and documenting all necessary information pertaining to those calls.
• Accurately entering service request information into our database
• Light sales and lead generation
• Processing requests in a timely and efficient manner while meeting or exceeding quality metrics and customer expectations
• Applying departmental policies and procedures to resolve complex situations
• Interpret and follow up on technician reports
• Process work order requests and reports
• Perform other duties as assigned


• Must be a strong communicator and be able to speak and write fluently in English and French
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Ability to problem-solve and resolve customer concerns
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be a quick learner
