HR Administrative Assistant-Spanish. Two years plus experience, performing general administrative and clerical tasks to support HR administration, processing paperwork, inputting HR info into database, maintaining accurate records, processing new associates orientation, collect and correct employee payroll information to meet deadlines for submissioin to payroll, prepare reports, respond to routine requests for info by phone, email or in person, project management skills and active role in problem resolution, work closely with HR on special projects
