Human Resources Representative (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $14.00-$17.00/ hr. DOE
1-3 years of human resources experience REQUIRED
Bilingual Amharic / English REQUIRED

The ideal candidate for this role will have 1-3 years of experience in basic Human Resources and Payroll functions. This is a great opportunity for those who wish to gain more experience in the HR field.

The Role:
Day to day HR administrative responsibilities to include but not limited to performing general administrative tasks, processing paperwork, performing a variety of clerical duties to support HR administration, including inputting HR information accurately into the database, maintaining accurate associate records, staffing, employee relations, and routine correspondence.
Provide guidance on organizational and company policies and administrative procedures.
Coordinate and assist in executing new associate orientation ensuring all documents are distributed, signed and returned.
Collect and correct employee payroll information within allotted deadlines for submission to payroll. Address pay concerns.
Prepare reports and required reporting metrics
Responds to routine requests for information by phone, e-mail or in person
Project management skills and an active role in problem resolution
Work closely with HR department on special projects
Interact with production workers in office and the plant floor.
*Must be able to work in an extremely sanitary and varying temperature controlled environment. Cold and Room temperature areas within the plant zones.

Required Skills and Education:
REQUIRED Bilingual Amharic / English
1-3 years� experience in Human Resources and Payroll
Database management. HRIS system experience preferred.
Excellent customer service, organizational, time management, communication skills
Possess the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills
High proficiency in MS Office.
Minimum Associates Degree
Shift Work with some weekends as needed Required
