Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representatives

Adecco is assisting a great National company in Lawrence with their need for Customer Service Representatives. We are looking for bilingual candidates to APPLY NOW for these great Temporary to Hire positions.

Interviews for these positions are May 15th and May 17th for the class stating on June 4, 2018!

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
$12 per hour
Paid Training!

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information about programs and services in a call center environment. These positions are NOT sales positions.

Essential Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Address customer inquiries and resolve problems
- Escalate concerns through proper channels
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must speak fluent Spanish and English
- Inbound Call Center experience preferred

Skills and Abilities
- Strong customer service
- Accurately perform data entry
- Able to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screenings
