Adecco is currently seeking energetic individuals to join our team to fill a Bilingual Office Assistant job in Lawrence, MA.


This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right individual.


You will work with applicants and employess to help with job placements and customer service for staff currently on assignment.

- Answer multi-line phone system

- Customer service for current and potential associates

- Help to determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.

- Help with researching and contacting community services and resources

- Manage online social networking and job boards, community involvement, and local media resources.

- Make calls to and customers and prospects and resolve issues Facilitate Adecco

- specific on-boarding process.



- Bilingual fluent in Spanish

- Associates degree preferred.

- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) also required.

- Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner.

- Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
