Bilingual Program Supervisor

Adecco is currently seeking to fill a Bilingual 3rd Shift Program Supervisor position in Stratham, NH to support some of our largest accounts in the region. You will need to be highly organized/detail oriented, proactive, and be able to manage multiple clerical and administrative tasks to be successful in this role.

Skills & Abilities

- Skilled in building and maintaining strong, consultative relationships with clients and colleagues

- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as a member of a team

- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments without compromising quality or service

- Ability to learn new software and navigate the Internet with ease for work purposes

- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Maintains thorough and accurate documentation on all end user interactions

- Abides by standard operating procedures for the organization

- Monitors and manages client payroll including but not limited to ICM upload file and ensuring accuracy

- Time clock management and reconciliation

- Ensure all on-boarding and hiring paperwork is completed for all new hires

- Run background reports and correctly enter results/escalate as needed

- Follow urgent deadlines on compliance paperwork

- Documentation and tracking of hiring process

- Manage and track process utilizing several shared spreadsheets via Google Docs/Google Drive/Sharedrive

Requirements:

-Bilingual Spanish and English

-Associates in related field or equivalent experience required, Bachelor degree preferred

- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management as required

- Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service

- The ability to work independently as well as on a team

- Strong data entry skills and ability to navigate multiple front office systems, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-Mail applications required

- Minimum one year manufacturing experience preferred

- Familiarity with staffing services a plus

- Previous experience working in a professional environment a plus

- Experience in a similar role HIGHLY PREFERED

- Must be a quick learner and work well under pressure
