Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Bi-lingual Quality Assurance Analyst role in Chandler, AZ! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

This is for a Bilingual QA Analyst position. Must be fluent in Spanish/English. The QA Analyst will listen to inbound and outbound calls for the Retail Auto Sales, fulfillment, and Concierge departments to mitigate compliance risks to the company. The analyst will fill out a Quality Assurance form while listening to the call in order to identify potential risks per the current QA guidelines. There are daily/monthly quotas that are expected from the analysts. Exceptional listening skills/focus and writing skills are necessary for this position. The listening requirements change often due to the volatility of the auto industry so being able to adapt to change is also a necessary skill for this position. We do listen to Spanish and English speaking employees so bilingual candidates are required.

Looking for someone who has some knowledge of loan terminology.
Bilingual is required.
Notes and forms from the QA will be used in coaching, must be a very professional communicator especially written.
Responsibilities include filling out QA forms and making sure the employees are remaining in compliance and ensuring all disclosures are noted.
