Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist:

Telecommute! can sit anywhere in the US!

Must support Central ST Time -The regular working hours are 8 am or 9am to 4 pm or 5 pm.

This is a telecommute role. Candidates can sit anywhere in US, however MN is preferred

The Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist will primarily focus on assuring high quality standards of multiple communication materials translated into Spanish or Chinese. The Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist must be fluent in English, Spanish or Chinese.
The selected Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist will also review miscellaneous materials in multiple languages and formats for UnitedHealthcare business and support the coordination, development and implementation of translation/reproduction processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
• The Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist will primarily focus on reviewing materials translated into Spanish or Chinese
• Support the translation/reproduction processes of sales, marketing and member materials into multiple languages and formats as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Assist the coordination, development, review and implementation of communication materials, in multiple languages and formats, used to support the sale and member experience of UnitedHealthcare businesses’ products and services.
• Collaborate with project managers and vendors to produce error-free translated documents and ensure the quality of materials up to enterprise standard and industry regulations.
• Assist in the translation and edition of multiple materials into Spanish or Chinese.
• Serve as a translation resource for the entire department.
• Support project managers with multicultural material requests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of proven experience English to Spanish or Chinese translation experience (candidate will be asked to provide samples of translation work).
• Native proficiency in Spanish or Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Detailed oriented.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and quick turnaround time with proven record.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Project Management experience
• Marketing experience
• American Translation Association Certification
• Experience with Healthcare Benefit Materials
• Experience with MS Outlook, Adobe PDF, Trados and Cisco Webex
