Bilingual Sales Supervisor - Call Center

Adecco Direct Placement is recruiting on behalf of our partner in the telecommunications industry for the position of Inbound Sales Supervisor in San Antonio, Texas. Qualified candidates for this role will have a stable work history, bilingual Spanish, 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a sales call center setting, and a high school diploma. Candidates for this role must have the flexibility to work any shift, as our client operates 7 days per week. Responsibilities:

Sales Coaching and Development of a large team
Ability to work with and move metrics (i.e.- call handle time) as needed
Planning and leading team meetings
Driving new initiatives
Managing and creating staff work schedule
Interfacing and working with other departments (sales operations, marketing, etc.)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Associate's Degree preferred, but not required
2-3 years of Inside Sales experience (call center preferred)
1-2 years of supervisory experience in Inside Sales (call center preferred)
