This bilingual Sales Coordinator position will assist the Latin America Sales team. Candidate would be responsible for correspondence issues with the internal sales team, Distributors, and direct contact with customers, as well as internal departments to maintain customer satisfaction and smooth sales flow.

Responsibilities:
* Work with all internal departments to answer varying questions customers may have (technical, pricing, product availability, etc.) and relay the information via fax/phone/e-mail to the customer and sales team.
* Remain in daily contact with international sales personnel and agents
* Handle international projects with salespeople from start to finish
* Complete proforma invoices, make certain quotations have been accepted
* Complete margin summary analysis per project including commissions
* Double check terms and conditions of sale project
* Determine best shipping method and origin of shipment

Experience Required
* Bilingual Spanish/English
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience may be considered
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows application (Word, Excel)
