POSITION SUMMARY

  • Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Works under immediate supervision
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
  • Customer Service Representative will be the liaison between our client and our customers to schedule appointments for a variety of maintenance reasons
  • The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior

REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
