Adecco is excited to have partnered with the Leading company in the Electronic /Technology Industry.  Due to our fast-growing operations we are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Trainer (English/Spanish). 


The Bilingual Trainer will receive instructions on routine work & general instruction on new assignments. Tasks are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.  Works under general Supervision. Situations not covered by standard processes, procedures and methods are referred to expert resource.

Responsibilities include  demonstrating work methods to new employees. Dealing directly with immediate supervisors, co-workers, team members and production operators.  Engages & exchanges information and provides some explanation. 


Performs tasks, but not limited to: 

  • Performs a range of moderately complex training assignments relating to the inspection, assembly, modification and repair of company products.
  • Contributes to the development of training materials to meet new technology requirements, methods and products.
  • Provides advice regarding modification methods and techniques.
  • Delivers both classroom and on the job production floor based training, direct coaching and performance assessment/ certification. Authorized trainer





  • Must possess specific certifications as defined by site Quality which will be accomplished through ongoing training.
  • Knowledge of product process flow.
  • Knowledge of product quality, SMT and quality improvement processes. 
  • Knowledge of manufacturing information systems and process KPI’s.
  • Ability to competently use a wide range of tools to work on product.
  • Ability to recognize problems in the production process or with components, highlight and communicate those problems.
  • Ability to coach specific manufacturing skills for defined processes / products.
  • Ability to analyze job content in order to produce effective training packages.
  • Knowledge of personal computers and ability to learn and use applications specific to this area 
  • Ability to maintain detailed, accurate and organized records.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and through clear written documentation with a variety of internal customers in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both one to one and group situations.
  • Basic manufacturing system knowledge

Physical Demands:




  • Duties of this position are performed in a manufacturing environment with occasional to frequent exposure to elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, etc.
  • Duties of the position require periodic light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motions requiring manual dexterity and precise hand/eye co-ordination, sitting and or standing in. 
  • Duties require extended periods of sustained visual concentration on detailed documentation, product assemblies and operator performance.
  • Above demands are carried out within the company and statutory Health and Safety guidelines
  • Above demands are carried out within the local existing Health and Safety guidelines.
