Adecco is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Health Insurance Call Center that is located in Tampa. Candidates must have a full understanding of healthcare terminology and plans, as well as knowledgeable in CPT and ICD codes. The position requires the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while resolving complex issues as advocates for our members. Passion for providing exceptional customer service, effective verbal and written communication skills, and willingness to adapt to a changing environment are critical to success in this role. Medical terminology will be assessed throughout the interview process.

* Must be available between 8:00AM-6:00PM (for an 8 hour shift) / Overtime included and weekends may be required
* High School or GED
* Customer Service - Member Service - HMO Products 1-3 years
