Responsibilities for this Billback Specialist job include:

Reconcile weekly billing reports from vendors. Process and submit expenses for client invoicing. Research and resolve kick-outs and setup issues. Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.



Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing, including the ability to effectively elicit information from, and provide information to others. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to demonstrate high-level customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to perform efficiently and accurately in a detail-oriented, high-volume environment. Ability to compile, review, and reconcile data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.


This is a full time position which requires a shift of either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
